Tropical Mimosa Smoothie
With everything that has been going on, I can understand why and how it may be difficult to find reasons to celebrate. Summer has ended, COVID-19 still has most of us stuck indoors and lately the weather has been very much like my mood- gloomy. There may not be much sunshine outdoors, but we can brighten up our Monday Morning with Ali's Tropical Mimosa Smoothie.
It's the perfect Brunch smoothie - fun, three easy steps, refreshing and a twist on the classic Mimosa.
Prep Time: 5 Minutes Total Time: 5 Minutes
Here's what you'll need:
1 cup of Florida's Natural Brand Orange Juice
1 cup of frozen diced Pineapple
1 Banana, sliced & frozen
1/2 cup of plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup of reduced fat Coconut Milk
2 cups of chilled champagne
Ready? Set. Go!
1. Add the Orange juice, frozen Pineapple, frozen Banana, Greek Yogurt and Coconut milk to a blender
pulse until smooth
2. Add in the champagne, and stir briefly until evenly combined
3. Serve immediately & garnish with fresh pineapple slices if desired
4. Enjoy :)
