Baked Spaghetti

Everyone has their go-to meal or snack when they find themselves feeling, HANGRY! Usually I’d go for lasagna, but I figured I'd try something new. Why make regular ole' Spaghetti with meat sauce when you can discover the beauty of Jocelyn's Baked Spaghetti? Although it takes a total of 2 hours and 45 minutes to prepare but, the difference in taste, texture and richness is well worth the wait.

Side Notes from Joycelyn

  1. DO NOT use the parmesan cheese you find the the bottle on shelves

  2. Add your salt in increments

  3. Try different meat flavors when you're making the sauce - You can try meats like venison, ground turkey … even pepperoni to vary up the flavors.

  4. MAKE IT VEGAN - You can make this vegetarian/ vegan by replacing the meats with vegetables or even lentils and also replacing the chicken-stock with vegetable stock.

  5. You can remove the red wine completely and substitute it with the stock
